Eve Schaub is an internationally published author and humorist. Her book chronicles her family’s mission to create zero waste for the landfill over the course of a year. She is also author of Year of No Clutter and Year of No Sugar. Following our event Eve had a piece in The Washington Post about recycling plastic. 

Meghan is Director of Commercialization at Ecovative, a company that seeks alternate ways to make everyday goods without plastic using mycelium technology.
