Eve Schaub, known for her humorous take on sustainability, chronicles her family’s mission to achieve zero waste for the landfill over the course of a year in her book. She is also the author of ‘Year of No Clutter’ and ‘Year of No Sugar’. After our event, Eve wrote a piece for The Washington Post that discusses the importance of recycling plastic.
